If you want to play your characters as already having Dream Eaters, that's just fine too - that's part of the fun of this game, after all!

[Approach. He's flying after all and it's not too hard to find a pony in the sky, even if she might blend in with the dark night sky of Traverse Town.]

Hey Luna! Guess who just dreamed themselves back here!

[He's excited to see a familiar face in this dreamscape, but the excitement falls a little when he sees her sulking. He slows his approach and hovers near her.]

What's wrong, Luna?

[raisethemoon]

Jack Frost!

[Her expression brightens, and she stands to look up at him.]

Oh...'tis no great matter. [She is obviously lying.] What hast thou been doing? It has been some time, we have missed thee!

[frostyfuntimes]

[He tilts his head.] You sure?

[He grins. She remembers him. Not that he was worried she would forget. No way.]

Oh you know, fighting Pitch and saving the children from a world of Nightmares. I was finally made an official Guardian too.

But, it sounds like more might have happened here while I was gone.

[raisethemoon]

Congratulations! 'Tis most excellent news!

[She jumps off her cloud to hover alongside him.]

We have had several Nightmares of our own. Nothing quite so pleasant as a sure victory, I fear. The last was in my own land, or a piece of it - and 'tis most disconcerting to find one's own kingdom here, empty.

[He's pretty proud of himself. Although he's actually just happy that he has a purpose and knows who he is. It's a feeling that makes him feel lighter than ever, which is saying something considering he can already fly on the wind.]

Your world is here now too?

[At first he's excited, but then he thinks about it and frowns. He's seen the other empty worlds. He can only imagine what it would be like to find your home completely devoid of life.]

I'm sorry to hear that. It must be pretty quiet there...and I guess it would have the Nightmares there too.

Yes. It did.

But we have just defeated the largest of them, so we expect a new world shall open soon! I continue to hope they will provide more answers, but so far we have discovered naught.

Hah. So I made it back in time for a new world. Sounds like fun to me.

[Exploring the worlds had always been the part Jack enjoyed the most. He smiles.]

I'm sure they'll lead to answers eventually. We just have to keep our eyes open.
