If you're interested in the game but not sure which character you want to play, or if you're testing out a new one, or if you just want to thread with someone, this is the place to do it. If you want to play your characters as already having Dream Eaters, that's just fine too - that's part of the fun of this game, after all!

[Blake gets a quizzical look. Making a spirit was usually the first thing anyone did when they arrived.]

[Obviously she is, but Roxas figures he could be wrong.]

[Short story:]

No. I dont. Although those creatures supposedly gave me the "ingredients" when I arrived...

[Long Story: when you're given a bunch of random objects, and are told by some strange creature that they're going to create a mini monster to protect you its not always smart to do it without figuring things out first, which Blake intends to do. Right now. With someone who's apparently successfully done that.]

Was it that obvious?
[Only a little bit sarcastic.

Though now she's wondering how long he has been here, to call her "new".]

They give that to everyone, so you can make a spirit.

[He points at Bouncer who wuffs and goes back to snuffling around Blake's feet. She smells different than other persons do.]

They help you in battle and stuff like that. They're pretty useful, if troublesome sometimes.

And yeah, it was. Most people make a spirit right away, rather than exploring first.

I thought it might be better to wait.

[She leans over a bit to look at the little guy. Now he's not growling he's kind of cute...it doesn't really occur to her that he can tell the difference, but it's not like it matters as he can't tell anyone.]

They do sound useful, though. Better than fighting alone...
[Not that Blake can't take care of herself, but it's been a while since she's had to. She feels the absence of her partner, and her team. And a creature like this might make a good temporary substitute in the meantime.]

[After much snuffling and internal debate, Bouncer has determined that Blake is friendly. And that means it's time to ask for pettings. And food. Food is also acceptable.]

You can make 'em by pressing some of the dream pieces together.

Well it's not like I'm lacking for time.

[Or like she has an abundance of things to do around here, really.

And Bouncer will find that after a moment of considering Blake will kneel and...inspect. Yes she's inspecting the dream eater for how likely it is to attack. And cuteness. And oh fine she's petting him, he better appreciate it.]

[Appreciate it! He will love you forever because pettings are the best! Right after food. And Roxas he supposes. Granted he's a bit bigger than he thinks as he tries to cuddle up to her. The only thing Blake will be attacked with is love.

Roxas sighs.]

They're not all like this.

You say that like it's a good thing.

[The world could use more of such happy creatures. And Bouncer'll find that rather than letting him knock her over she stands up again, finally coming to a decision. She reaches into her pocket for the pieces the moogles had given her.

The ones with a lot of energy have been known to cause trouble. I have a MeMe Bunny that'll run at the drop of a hat.

[Plus he's not one for cuddles 24/7]
