[In the town square, Aradia can be found sitting on a railing and digging through her newbie goodie bag. She's humming tunelessly to herself and kicking her feet absently. The consorts on this planet are nice enough, but she's intensely curious as to whose dream bubble this actually is. She's never seen anything like it, and she considers herself pretty well-traveled in the Furthest Ring.

Plus, it's got minigames. I mean, what even.

Bother the sparkly-ass fairy troll? Y/Y]

So how about those time travels

[It's the wings that catch Four's attention first. He's seen an awful lot of races over his travels through time and space but not very many that actually had wings. And certainly not ones like hers.

For once, his Pricklemane is even managing to stay behind him for a change, and so it is that the first sight Aradia will be treated to is a man with a right mess of curls and just about the longest scarf anyone's ever seen.]

I'm terribly sorry if I'm interrupting, but can you actually fly with those?

[Aradia looks up, a little surprised, but then grins at him.] As a matter of fact, yes!

[To demonstrate, she hops off the railing and flutters gracefully down to the strange looking gentleman, a trail of red sparkles following behind her. By the time she lands, though, she's looking up - dang, dude, you're tall.]

I'm Aradia. Who are you?

No wobblies shall be left unwibblied!

Ah! How very extraordinary.

[It doesn't look like it should be possible and it is. It has to be, or she wouldn't be flying at all. Of course, it might not be the wings that let her fly - he's noticed the trail of sparkles she leaves behind - but one way or another she is flying.

Or was, or is capable of it, but it all boils down to about the same thing.]

Do you know, I don't think I've ever seen a species capable of flying like that?

[To be fair, a lot of Aradia's abilities don't make physical sense. She can't help but notice he didn't really answer her question, but whatever, he seems nice.]

Is that so? It's not really inherent to my species, there's only a few of us with actual wings. Most of the ones who can fly just do it with psionics.

[allpurposescarf]

[He does that sometimes. But he'll get back around to it, or not, depending on what else comes up in the meantime.]

But some of them do, hmm? A different subspecies, perhaps? Psychic ability I can understand - I've seen that before - but why would anyone need wings as well, in that case?

[She kinda shrugs.] Beats me! I'm not a biologist.

Oh, you shouldn't need to be one. You know your species, don't you? You know what might be expected from others like you, and that's something I can't say.

[psych0p0mps]

Yeah, I guess. [But she's kind of losing interest in this line of questioning, and adds teasingly:] Do I get to ask some questions, too, when you're done? Because I have a few!

[allpurposescarf]

Of course you can! Ask away.

Okay. For starters, who are you?

Oh, I'm the Doctor.

[psych0p0mps]

[Welp alright. She gestures at the city around them.]

And is all this stuff yours?

[allpurposescarf]

No, not all. Why would it be?

[Usually when there's someone new in town, Roxas does his best to help. Although she doesn't look too confused at the moment, so Roxas considers hanging back.

Bouncer the Meow Wow has other plans. She might have treats!

The blue and white cat dog thing bounds up to Aradia enthusiastically, Roxas trailing behind.]

[Of the two of them, Aradia notices Bouncer first, of course.] Well, hey there! [She smiles and leans down to try and pet him.] Where did you come from?

[Then she looks around and spots Roxas, who she waves at.] Is this yours?

Yeah, he's mine.

[Roxas returns the wave awkwardly, moving forward to collect his spirit.]

He likes to run off though. He likes meeting new people. Sorry, if he bothered you.

[Bouncer does not care because pets? You're going to give him pets? You are a best friend! Do you have treats?]

[Alas she has no treats! But pets, she can do.]

Oh, not at all! He's cute. And I'm pretty fond of meeting new people myself!

[He has just met you and he loves you already.]

Let me know if he gets to be too much.

Guess that's a good attitude to have in a new place, huh?

I think so, definitely. Sooo who are you? Is this your dream?

Me? I'm Roxas.

And no, it's not my dream.

[He doesn't really have dreams. Just memories that take the form of dreams.]
